Job Duties:

• Liaising with clients, media and investors

• Collating and analyzing media coverage, preparing regular client reports

• Developing and maintaining media and investor relationships

• Drafting of press releases and other corporate materials

• Assisting in the development and execution of IR & PR programs

• 
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in communications, finance, or related disciplines

• 2+ years' experience in financial PR, financial journalism, or corporate communications

• Those with less experience will be considered for the Executive position

• A team player with good coordination, interpersonal and communications skills as well as the ability to pay attention to detail

• Ability to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines

• Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese

• Mandarin proficiency is a plus

Job Description:

1. Research and Analysis

• Conduct research on industry trends and audience insights

• Gather information for content creation

2. Content Development

• Assist in writing articles, press releases, reports and social media posts

3. News/ Media Monitoring

• Monitor news, media coverage and social media mentions

• Compile reports and analyze public sentiment

4. Client Support

• Prepare materials for client meetings and presentations

5. Event Coordination

• Support planning and execution of events

• Assist with logistics, invitations, and event materials

Skills & Requirements:

• University undergraduates majoring in Journalism, Translation, Business Administration or related subjects

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• A team player with good coordination, interpersonal and communications skills as well as the ability to pay attention to detail

• Well organized, initiative and independent

• Presentable & sociable

• Relevant experience is an advantage

General Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably in business, finance, translation or journalism disciplines

• Associate: Fresh graduate is considered.

• Senior Associate: 2+ years of experience in the financial PR industry

• Also preferable with financial media background

• Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Mandarin proficiency is preferred

• Good writing skill and sophisticated in PowerPoint and other computer softwares

• Pleasant and mature personality, strong interpersonal and problem solving skills, logical thinking and detail-minded

• Immediate availability is highly preferred
