Kirsty is a seasoned human resources professional with 20 years’ progressive experience of shaping high-performing cultures at multinational public relations agencies, at country and APAC regional level. A highly-developed interpersonal communications skills with extensive exposure to working in a multi-cultural environment.
Kirsty possesses solid experience in building up human capital practices and resources that attract and retain high-potential talent. Develops executable strategies that motivate teams to reach and exceed corporate objectives through various economic cycles. HR practices including strategic human resources planning, high performing talent acquisition, management and retention, training development, succession planning and development, performance based compensation and benefits programme development, region and corporate office collaboration, Hong Kong and China national employment law expertise.
In 2016, Kirsty joined SPRG as General Manager who responsible for managing Finance, Human Resources and Administration team to cultivate a unified culture and identify areas for best practice across the board in Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Taiwan, Singapore and Malaysia.
Kirsty holds a Master degree in Human Resources Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, Sydney.
